The Hajj this year was performed in peace and harmony with 0% casualty. |

We performed the Hajj with the caravan of Humaid Al Mazroi. The services
were not exceptionally good but bearable, definitely not value for money. |

The accommodation provided was not at all up to the standard. The
accomodations were very far from the harem. In medina it was 1km away. The
unfurnished apartments were in bad shape. For 25 people only 2 bathrooms
were made available. |

In Mecca the accommodation was provided in Misfalah which was 2.5kms
from harem. No beds were provided except for mattresses. During the early
days before the hajj the taxi would cost minimum 15 riyals. But after Hajj
the same sharing taxi would cost you from 300 - 500 Riyals. |

You must remember that all these
accommodations were inspected and
approved the UAE Awqaf. This was the standard reply by the head of the
caravan. |

The Hajji's from the sub continent were really lucky as the Indian Hajj
committee had made sure that accommodation were near to the harem. Just 2
minutes walk to the Harem. |

In Mina too the tents were closer to the jamrak and I think it made all
the difference in the world. |

The UAE tents were physically located in Muzdalifah which means they
were outside the border of Mina. |
